make you shake your pants take a chance…and a bountiful blueberry breakfast!

Tonight I am thinking of taking an aerial strength class. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a class where your strength exercises are created by using straps attached to bolts. Yep, big ol’ rubber bands, and you’re expected to put your hands/feet in these things and do push ups/lunges, etc. I can’t decide if it sounds like fun or certain death. Could be both. On the bright side, I am looking at taking the class with a crapton of nurse friends, and EVERYONE can’t POSSIBLY die with that many RNs in one place. Inconceivable!

This morning for breakfast I DOMINATED a bowl of Redwood Farm goat milk yogurt with Attune Foods Uncle Sam Honey Almond cereal and blueberries on top! It really, REALLY hits the spot when you’re chasing someone who refuses to put on pants. (I could be talking about anyone here..)
